7-Day Cancellation Notice
7 Day Cancellation Notice: All membership options (except for Day Pass and Week Pass) require a minimum of seven (7) days written notice prior to the next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged the following cycle. Cancellation requests received fewer than 7 days before the billing date will be processed for the subsequent month, and the member will retain gym access until the end of that final paid period. No prorated refunds are issued.
